Key Role Responbilities

As an Occupational Therapist at Scarlett’s Autism Therapy Centre, your day could include: 


  • Visit NDIS participants to assess their needs, create therapy plans, and advocate for them. 

  • Make a significant impact on participants with various conditions, including neurological disorders, ASD, psychosocial issues, and more.   

  • Provide support to individuals aged 0 to 7 years by offering assistance with home adjustments (both intricate and straightforward), recommending equipment, and facilitating access to assistive technology. 

  • Prepare reports while complying with NDIS requirements.   

  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and families. 

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.   

  • Take advantage of excellent personal development opportunities.   

  • Share WINS with participants, their families, and your colleagues.   

Role Requirements

  • You are passionate about making a difference & ready to work with us to create something extraordinary.     

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to our team members, clients and parents.   

  • You have tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.   

  • You embody Scarlett’s Autism Therapy Centre’s values.   

  • You can provide evidence of AHPRA registrations.
